Shipping:

We ship by US Postal Service (Priority Mail) for the continental United States. Second- and Third-day UPS is available upon request. We will add the actual shipping cost plus a $1.00 handling fee. You may find below our USPS price schedule.

**Please Note: The above shipping costs apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO addresses will incur an additional $9.00 charge, due to higher shipping fees and special handling requirements.


Do you ship to foreign countries?
We currently ship to Canada, APO addresses, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

For any orders refused you will be charged all shipping fees and the package will not be reshipped.



Service Policy

We usually ship within 7 to 10 days. You will be contacted by e-mail if any items are temporarily out of stock and it will be shipped to you as soon as possible unless otherwise noted.



Payments

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders.

Customers paying by personal check: These orders will be shipped as soon as the check clears our bank. All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service fee. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Heart Felt Designs.

Customers paying by credit card: Most browsers support our secured order form. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card via our online order form, you have two options. (1) Place your order by printing our printable order form, fill it out completely, and then call us to make arrangements to fax it to us. (2) Call (856) 299-2133 to place your order.

Sales tax: All New Jersey residents must add 7% sales tax.



Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt for full refund (excluding shipping & handling charges). Returns made within 15-30 days will receive merchandise credit only. We will not accept any returns after 30 days of receipt. If you must return an item, please include a copy of the original receipt and reason for return. You are responsible for all shipping fees on returned items. Heart Felt Designs is not responsible for lost returns and recommends returning your package via US Postal Insured Mail or UPS.



Damages & Errors

We make every effort to carefully pack our orders. If damage occurs in transit, please contact the carrier who delivered your order to file a claim. If we made an error, please contact us within 7 days. We will correct our mistake at our expense.
